This Privacy Policy applies to the aksiyonsoft.com website operated by Aksiyon Soft Bilişim & Yazılım ("Aksiyon Soft", "we") and to the mobile applications developed, published or distributed by Aksiyon Soft (the "Apps").

2. Scope

This policy explains how your personal data is collected, processed, stored and protected when you download or use the Apps or visit our website. App marketplaces (Google Play, App Store, etc.) are subject to their own privacy practices; this policy covers the services provided by Aksiyon Soft.

3. Data we collect

The data collected depends on the products and features you use. One or more of the following categories may apply:

• Identity and contact details: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number (only when you share them or create an account).
• Account and authentication data: user ID, session information, role and permission records (when using a corporate panel or app account).
• Device and technical data: device model, OS version, app version, language preference, IP address, crash reports and performance logs.
• Usage data: features used, session duration, click and navigation events (for analytics, anonymised where possible).
• Transaction and content data: content you create or upload in the app, form submissions, support requests.

Some Apps work without an internet connection; in that case data is processed only on your device and is not sent to our servers. Unless stated otherwise on the store listing or in-app notice, this general rule applies.

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of collection and by statutory retention obligations. Once the purpose ceases, data is deleted, anonymised or access-restricted. You may request deletion of your account; technically and legally mandatory records may be kept for a limited period.

We apply technical and organisational measures such as access control, encryption (in transit and, where appropriate, at rest), network security, backups and audit logs. No system is 100% secure, but reasonable industry-standard measures are taken.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, remembering preferences and usage analysis. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly when cookies are disabled.

11. Your rights

Under KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK
• Object to a result against you produced by analysis through automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

12. Children's privacy

Our Apps and services are not generally directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if we become aware of such data it is deleted. Parents or guardians may contact us through our support channels.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced on our website or via in-app notices. The update date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated text.
