The questions we hear most often before an enterprise software or mobile app project starts.
How does the custom software development process work?
It starts with a needs analysis: together we map your workflows, user roles and integration points. Scope and roadmap follow, then design and development run in two to three week cycles. At the end of each cycle we demo a working build in a test environment and release it once you approve.
How long does an enterprise software project take?
It depends on scope and the number of integrations. A module that digitizes a single process usually goes live in 6-10 weeks; enterprise software spanning several departments and systems is delivered in phases over 3-6 months. We ship the first working version early so you see value without waiting.
Can you integrate with our existing ERP, CRM and accounting systems?
Yes. We build API integrations with ERP, CRM, accounting and e-document systems over REST and SOAP services, database connections, file-based transfers and message queues. Error handling, retries and traceable logs are standard in every integration.
Do you build iOS and Android mobile apps?
We build mobile apps for iOS and Android and handle App Store and Google Play publishing as well. For enterprise mobile apps we deliver end to end, including offline mode, secure sessions, push notifications and backend integration.
How do you keep data secure?
Role-based access control, encrypted data transfer, audit logs and regular backups are default parts of our projects. We address data protection requirements during design and grant access on a least-privilege basis.
Do you provide maintenance and support after go-live?
Yes. After go-live we offer maintenance and support agreements covering monitoring, bug fixes, security updates and new feature development. We prefer long-term partnerships so your software grows with your business.
What is integration middleware and why do we need it?
Integration middleware is the layer that moves, transforms and monitors data between systems such as ERP, CRM, e-invoicing, e-commerce and field apps. Instead of wiring systems to each other one by one, we build a central integration layer with an API gateway, message queues and event streams, so a change in one system does not break the others, failures are retried without losing data and every record stays traceable.
Can you connect AI agents to our enterprise systems?
Yes. We connect AI agents to your ERP, CRM and document systems through tools defined on a least-privilege basis, and add human approval for critical steps, audit logs, cost limits and observability. Where needed we also build an LLM router layer that routes requests between domestic and global language models.
Which cities do you serve?
We are headquartered in Samsun and serve companies in every province of Türkiye remotely. For projects in Ankara, Istanbul, Kayseri, Konya, Aksaray, Trabzon, Gaziantep and other cities we work with regular video meetings, a shared backlog and written acceptance criteria, and schedule on-site visits when the project needs them. We have no branches or resellers.
Do you support e-invoice and e-archive integration in Türkiye?
Yes. We build integrations that connect your ERP or e-commerce platform to the Revenue Administration (GİB) systems through your accredited e-invoice provider, and review them against current UBL-TR changes. Schema validation, field mapping, test-environment scenarios, rejected-document tracking and queue/retry mechanisms are standard parts of this work.
